Step 2: Select one or more vehicles
Date Range: Select a date range for which you would like to view the routes taken by one or a group of vehicles. The max range is 30 days.
Filter: In this example, a vehicle by the name Chris3 has been searched and selected.
Step 3: Route Compliance Analysis
In the list of reports, use the filters to narrow down the search by using one or a combination of vehicle name, route source, and routing profile used.
Hide Routes with no Events: ‘Events’ here refers to the vehicle Out-of-Route events. Check this box to eliminate all records associated with the selected vehicle that are fully compliant with the planned route.
Check the box for Show Only Completed Routes to remove any in progress routes. You can also check Hide Cancelled Routes to remove canceled routes from the report.
At the bottom of the list of reports, click on Export to download the compliance report in .CSV format.
Step 4: Download exports
The reports you have exported in the Reports panel will appear under the Exports tab. Click on Download to download a .CSV compliance report. It will also be sent via email to the address used to login to RouteReporter.
