The import file must include the following fields: latitude and longitude, city and state, or zip code. The fields Place Name, Phone, and Comments are optional.
The following are the formats required for the field values:
Place Name: can contain alphanumeric and special characters except comma, tab, and pipe; maximum of 140 characters are allowed.
Latitude: must be a number from -90 to +90 (South latitudes are represented by minus sign).
Longitude: must be a number from -180 to +180 (West longitudes are represented by minus sign).
Street Address: can contain alphanumeric and special characters except comma, tab, and pipe; maximum of 100 characters are allowed.
City: can contain alphanumeric and special characters except comma, tab, and pipe; maximum of 100 characters are allowed.
State: must be a two-letter abbreviation.
Zip Code: can contain alphanumeric and special characters except comma, tab, and pipe; maximum of 25 characters are allowed.
Phone: can contain alphanumeric and special characters except comma, tab, and pipe; maximum of 15 characters are allowed.
Comments: can contain alphanumeric and special characters except comma, tab, and pipe; maximum of 140 characters are allowed.
